  • Arif holds about 14 years experience in IT, all in product companies Honeywell, Adobe, Citrix
  • Has been social activist and has been associated with multiple social initiatives and groups like AMP, YFE, IAC, Milaap
  • He earned his MCA from Bangalore university, MS from BITS Pilani and Executive-MBA from IIM-Culcutta.
  • Born and brought up in a family involved in Construction business,it was natural that he grew up solving floor plan puzzles in his formative years.
  • Arif has also been known as innovator and has won many innovation/programming contest within his company and beyond.Very recently he represented country and won an award in innovation event held in Europe

  • Ahmed Hasan is serial entrepreneur and owns multiple successful business ranging from IT, Real state, to organic farming.
  • Hasan has about 20 years of experience into IT Industry
  • He earned MCA from Madurai, MS from BITS Pilani
  • He is founder and CEO of an IT firm mPowerGlobal
  • He earned MCA from Madurai, MS from BITS Pilani
  • He has authored a book on LifeRay and have been a world renowned coach for LifeRay
  • He has been traveling across the globe to teach LifeRay

    Legal team

    The Nest Crafter take utmost care when it comes to legals and consults best legal advisers in the industries. For this project also we have consultant following multiple lawyers

    Advocate Sahay's Sahay law firm has been primary legal adviser for this project. Advocate Sahay is award winning highly experienced and professional lawyer who has prestigious track record of handling the multiple big clients like Airtel, Reliance and many mid size builders of Bangalore. He posses very charismatic and charming personality and immense knowledge about legals.
    Sahay law firm handles all legal formalities like buyers getting into the legal sale agreement and registration etc.

    Architecture and Engineering team

    We work with Enif designs for floor plan, exterior elevation plan, structure plan, plumbing plan, electrical plan, furniture lay outing. Enif design's founder Saqib khan is very young and creative architect who has done 70+ projects so far. His work has been appreciated by Indian Institute of Interior designers (refer to page number 28 in PDF). His experience includes large scale high rise residential apartments, commercial properties, independent villas. One need not talk about his creativity and expertise, subset of his work can be seen online at Enif Designs's Facebook page as well as on Urbanlader page UrbanClap page.

    Civil Construction team

    Construction team is headed by Kaleem Ansari, who brings in technical, people management, language skills to the diverse team. He fluently speaks multiple language and is a goto person for anything. He and his team of multiple talented and experienced civil engineers, ensures that structural plan, floor plan, plumbing plan, electric plan, elevation plans are executed the way architect want
